Purchasing & Minimums

What is your minimum order quantity? +

Our typical minimum order is one standard truckload or LTL (Less Than Truckload) pallet minimums depending on the specific product category.

Do you sell single items or small lots? +

No, we operate purely as a B2B wholesale liquidator and sell strictly by the pallet or truckload.

Shipping & Logistics

Do you arrange freight? +

Yes, our logistics team can handle full freight coordination from our warehouse in Elizabeth, NJ, straight to your delivery dock anywhere in the country.

Can I arrange my own shipping? +

Absolutely. If you have your own freight carrier, you can arrange to pick up the load directly from our loading docks in Elizabeth, NJ.

Inventory Condition

Are loads manifested? +

Many of our overstock and high-value returns loads come with detailed manifests. However, some raw returns and mixed merchandise loads are unmanifested and sold at a lower cost percentage.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees? +

All liquidation inventory is sold AS-IS. Since these are overstock, returns, and closeouts, we do not provide warranties. We encourage buyers to understand the liquidation business model prior to purchasing.

How do I create a buyer account? +

You can create an account by contacting our sales team via the Contact form. We will send you an onboarding packet to complete.

Is there a fee to sign up? +

No, joining our buyer network is completely free.

Dispute Resolution

What if my load is missing items? +

All loads are sold AS-IS, and slight variances (up to 5%) in manifests are normal in liquidation. For major discrepancies, contact your account manager within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I return a truckload? +

No. We do not accept returns. We encourage all buyers to fully understand the nature of overstock and returns purchasing.

Tax & Resale

Do I need a reseller permit? +

Yes. To purchase from us without paying sales tax, you must provide a valid resale certificate for the state where the goods are being delivered.

How do I submit my tax forms? +

Tax forms are collected during the onboarding process and must be verified before your first purchase.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally? +

We do not arrange international freight. However, we can deliver to your US-based freight forwarder.

Who handles customs? +

The buyer is entirely responsible for all customs, duties, and export documentation.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Bank Wire Transfers (ACH/Wire), Certified Cashier's Checks, and major credit cards (subject to a 3% processing fee). We do not accept personal checks or cryptocurrency.
Do you require a deposit?
For first-time buyers, full payment is required before freight dispatch. For recurring volume buyers, specialized deposit terms can be negotiated.

Financing & Credit

Do you offer Net-30 terms?
Yes, Net-30 and Net-60 terms are available for buyers who pass our third-party credit check and have a minimum purchasing history of 3 months with Sea Fox.
Can I finance a single truckload?
Through our lending partners, we offer inventory financing solutions that allow you to pay off a truckload over a 60-day period. Ask your account executive for details.

Condition & Grading

What does "Raw Returns" mean?
Raw returns are untouched, untested items exactly as they were brought back to the retail store by the consumer. They carry the highest risk but also the highest potential reward margin.
Do you test electronics before selling?
Unless explicitly marked as "Refurbished" or "Tested Working," we do not test electronics. They are sold strictly as-is in their stated condition category.

Sourcing & Origins

Where do you get your inventory?
We have direct contracts with the top 10 national Big Box retailers, major department stores, and leading eCommerce platforms.
Are these items stolen or counterfeit?
Absolutely not. We only buy directly from authorized retailers or manufacturers. We guarantee the authenticity and legal chain of custody for every load we sell.

Sea Fox Pro Membership

How do I qualify for Sea Fox Pro?
Pro status is automatically granted to buyers who maintain a purchasing volume of 5 or more full truckloads per calendar month.
Is there a membership fee?
No, the Pro program is completely free and based solely on purchasing volume.

Facility Pickups

Can I bring my own truck? +

Yes, buyers can arrange their own transportation. Pickup appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

What kind of truck do I need? +

For standard truckloads, a 53-foot dry van or equivalent is required. For LTL, smaller box trucks are permitted.
